Capricorn Limousine Service, Inc. is looking for qualified Airport and Hotel Representatives who have experience working in the hospitality and service industry to join our existing sales and service team. Capricorn representatives are responsible for assuring that service standards are upheld at hotel, train station, and airport locations, as well as on-site dispatch for meetings and special events. Representatives meet and greet guests and escort them to their vehicles, assisting with luggage and anything else they might need. Representatives inspect vehicles and chauffeurs, interact with concierges, hotel managers, hotel sales staff, etc. High School degree required. Experience in customer service a plus. Must be energetic, personable, outgoing and well organized, be detail oriented, have excellent communication skills, and have proficiency in the use of MS Office software (Excel and Word).
